Two handmade key holders.
It took me 2-3 days to make just one.

This is how it works.  Keys go inside so they don't scratch my iPhone in my purse. :)

I stitched a paw-print in the back.

More Bags.

I've tried hand quilting along the flower petals.
It does not show in the picture and hard to see in real life also.  Oh well.

My husband picked this one (with the leaf prints) as his favorite.

I drew a heart with the beads.  It took forever and ended up with so many beads under my craft table, but the effort definitely paid off.

Group picture.  ;)

I ended up giving away 3 out of these 4 bags.
Each bag has a matching pouch.
 I especially like the handles.
I made them with denim fabric and grosgrain ribbons,
so I can just wash them in a washing machine.
Guess which one I have kept?

The floral one.
That's been my everday bag since I took those pictures.

My next project will be a boxy zippered pouch for my daughter.
I have never tried those, but I've re-pinned several pictures and videos on Pinterest.
So I'll be studying.

I made a bag!

First, I made an apron.  I loved the print.  It look me 3 trips to JoAnn's to decide on the color of the binding - "carrot" (that's the name of the color).

Then, I made a bag with the left over fabric.
Do you see the zippered pouch inside the bag? (click on the photo to enlarge)

I originally made the bag to give to my sister-in-law in Wisconsin, but I liked them so much that I decided to make 3 more.  That's the next post.

Red & White, with embroidery

I went to a quilt show in Burbank. This was my favorite one!
